I recently had a phone conversation with a customer, in which he was talking about our Concord location’s pick-up counter.

Customer: “How many hours will I have to wait if I walk into your pick-up counter and place an order?”

Me: “Do you mean for an item we don’t have in stock?”

Customer: “No.  For a stock item.  If I walk in and place an order over the counter, how many hours will it take to get it ready?”

Hours?  Had I heard that right?  

It turns out I had.

The customer then relayed stories to me of going to other distributor’s pick-up counters, placing orders and being told that his order would be ready in the afternoon or to come back the next morning.  I was very happy to ensure him that wasn’t the case with Delco Wire and Cable.

If you place an order at our pick-up counter and we have the material in stock, we can have your order ready in minutes.  If it requires a cut or two, we’ll cut it while you wait.  We know your time is valuable.  If you are going to take the time to come visit us, we’ll try our best to get you the products you want, quickly!

Our Concord Pick-up Counter / Showroom hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (8:00 am - 4:30 pm in the Summer).
