- Quotations are for immediate acceptance only and prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be billed at prices in effect at the date of shipment unless otherwise stated.
- All prices quoted are exclusive of any prevailing taxes applicable. Should these taxes be increased or further similar taxes be imposed, then this additional amount will be added to the invoice.
- Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted F.O.B. Toronto, routing to be selected by Delco Wire.
- Quotations for and acceptance of orders are subject to terms of payment specified in the quotation.
- All material sold by Delco Wire is subject to tests in accordance with the applicable specification and/or Delco Wire quality control procedures, unless otherwise agreed prior to acceptance of an order.
- Any increase in price occasioned by taxes, or other causes beyond our control between the time of quotation or acceptance of the order by Delco Wire and delivery will be added to the prices quoted.
- Material in stock is offered subject to prior sale.
- Shipping promised are based on prompt receipt of full ordering details. We are not liable for any loss due to delay, or in shipment cause by fire, accidents, strikes, lock-outs, war, riots, transportation difficulties, government regulations or by any other cause beyond our control.
- All material ordered will be supplied with the description on the face of the order acknowledgement and in accordance with applicable specifications and design standards and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Delco Wire warrants goods of its manufacture and each part or component thereof against all defects in material and/or workmanship upon delivery to Buyer and for thirty (30) days thereafter, or for the period of time specified in the quotation. Delco Wire's obligation hereunder is limited, at its option, to repair or replacement of defective goods which are returned transportation prepaid to the Delco Wire plant from which shipment was made. This warranty does not extend to products which have been subjected to neglect, accidents or improper use, or goods which have been altered. In not event shall Delco Wire be responsible for removal or installation costs or consequential, incidental, special, indirect or other damage caused. This warranty shall be in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implies herein or by statute.
- Quotations for, the acceptance of orders are subject to availability of material and to any restrictions imposed by our pursuant to government authority.
